This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

Service was ok. Food, not so good. Everything is from the day before (old food). None of the food we got was hot or at least warm. The crispy pata was definitely not fresh. Skin was supposed to be crispy but it was soggy, cold hard. The meat was not soft either. The fried rice is definitely old rice. As you can see the rices that we picked to the side was hard as rock. Fried rice should not be crispy hard. Chicken protein is very bland and oily. Only thing that was a little decent was the pancit, and sausage but it was cold. We did not packed it to go as the food tasted horrible. Overall, we will not be coming back to support this place.

If you are looking for authentic flavors, cooked fresh and friendly service...this is the place to go. We really enjoyed our experience, from the moment we were greeted until we walked out. It felt like we had walked into a family kitchen, with friends & family walking in and out, picking up their to-go orders. I can imagine this place gets very busy on the weekends. We were there early on a Wednesday night for dinner. We ordered pancit, lumpia, white Rice, adobo & one other dish. Granted pancit & lumpia are the basics...for me, I can tell by the rice if the rest of the menu is worth trying. Let me tell you, it was worth every penny. We are looking forward to going back and trying some of the delicious desserts they had in the display. Especially the halo-halo, when the weather warms up.

First time customer. Had a fantastic experience. Over the top service and friendly. Grabbed a few orders of Shanghai lumpia. Crisp and delicious. Very filling. Tried one of the fried banana treats and was delicious. I can't wait to go back and try other food.

An underrated gem of Fresno and a must-try for anyone in the area! My wife and I went to The Philippine Kitchen yesterday and it was some of the best food we have ever had. We each got the combo 2 and split four different items; each one was unique and tasty and the serving sizes were very large. The service was amazing; the hosts were very welcoming. They explained each dish to us and brought us several free dessert samples to try during our meal. If youβre looking for truly authentic and budget-friendly food, this is the place to go!
